Default Dutch translation

Dutch translation for Foxit User Interface added to this forum (see attached file NL_NL.xml). Please comment and/or edit!

Checking was done with special Foxit Reader downloaded from http://www.foxitsoftware.com/foxitre...stLanguage.rar
I advice not to use the online method (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/translation/transindex.php) because you can't always guess in what context the text to translate is used.

Tip:
With Foxit Reader beta 2 build 0602 http://www.foxitsoftware.com/foxitre...der2.0Beta.zip its much easier to test your translation. Edit the XML-file, toggle language in Foxit and review your work.

The following items are not in the English_US XML-file so are NOT translated:
- some task bars (e.g. Drawing Markup Tools)
- item "About" in several menus (e.g. taskbar Help)

Other "Features" ;) to fix:
- Translated text does not always fit (overlaps other text or controls).
- Some buttons are not wide enough to fit translated label.

Thanx to the Foxit Team for delivering lightning fast PDF reading.

2Humulus,

Your proposed changes are correct!
The XML-file you attached can now be used for further testing.

Post Different file, more options translated.

I am using the attached file with my Foxit 3.1. I edited it from the 3.0 version.
It has not been tested thoroughly, but should work ok.

Advantage of this file is that the menu items (File, Edit, etc.) have also been translated. Just the "Comments" part is not because I cannot find that anywhere in the text file ;)

Or are the menus translated in the version of the topicstarter and am I simply doing something wrong?
