Default Fast web viewing and IE integration?

I wonder if Foxit Reader can open in IE like Adobe Reader does.
Fast web viewing is an attractive feature and I still like Adobe because of that. (I don't want to download each and every .pdf file before I can catch a glimpse of its content).

Thanks for your help.

You can't see a pdf file without downloading it completly.
When adobe shows you the pdf file in the browser it was downloaded before.
The difference is that adobe shows you the pdf file in the window of the browser and foxit in his programm.

Foxit Reader could view PDF files within IE. If you set Foxit Reader as your default PDF reader, then you would make it.
Pls check the screenshot below.

Default What about Firefox?

I have set Foxit PDF Reader as my default reader, but when I click on a PDF link, in Firefox, it prompts me to download. Is there a way to view it inside Firefox? Thanks!

d-buck, I don't think that's correct - My understanding is that 'linearizing' a PDF makes the earlier pages viewable before the rest of the file has arrived - in some sense it makes a PDF 'streamable', while still being a legal PDF. For example, see:
