Printing Annoyance

This is not really a problem as the title suggsts. I'm using v1.3 beta. When I print I always get two windows displaying what I printed. The print job finishes and instaed of having one FoxitReader window open, I have two. I looked at the settings (all default) and couldn't see what I could change to fix this. Any ideas?
