hello

I am trying your PDF editor...its very ok!
but I can not change fonts??? I have received some PDF file with text and I try to translate text in our language where we have č,š,ć,ž, so I double click on text and then tried to import win font Arial (script: easteurope) and click on change button but then I receive note:
"---------------------------
Foxit PDF Editor 1.4
---------------------------
The encoding of new font is not compatible with current fonts of some of the selected objects. Change font operation cancelled.
---------------------------
Ok
---------------------------
"

how can I use fonts for our language? or thats not possible?
thanks

Is the font you imported non-unicode?
Currently, we support unicode fonts mainly, for non-unicode fonts, we might not be able to support them fully.

I have the same problem! I'm using WinXP, and standard Unicode fonts, so I don't think it's a Unicode problem.
I select import font, a standard font (ie Arial or Times), and a script (russian o easteurope). But the font encoding always remains ANSI! Also, the fonts never get embedded (new file or edited PDF, no matters.)
Any help with this, please?

Yea, Known issue. Need some time to improve.

Could you estimate the time? We're currently considering buying Foxit Editor and this function is very important for us as we use these characters very often.

Thank you
