  • Error with Large pdf file

    2 samples
1st file: i had cleared all the annotation yet it is still appearing in the latest ipad version as of today
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByL...ew?usp=sharing
2nd file: some pages are just blank and simply cannot view anything, takes very long time to load or annotate the page
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByL...ew?usp=sharing

In the previous version everything works fine. Perhaps a solution could be offering previous version, if possible?

Thanks, and i still love foxit!

May I know which version are you using? Are when you cleared the annotations, have you saved the file?

Yes, i have saved the files/close the app and reopen the app, the annotation somehow is still there.
It is hard to simulate the exact problem thus i have attached a sample in the links above.

              Hi All,

The issue about taking long time to load the file has been reported to our development team for resolution with bug ID:0077482. For the issue that the cleared annotation reappears, any workflow that could help us to replicate the the case are highly appreciated.
