  • Bug iOS: WebDAV/Nextcloud not showing folders

With the current version of Foxit PDF on iOS 11 on an iPad Air 2 I added a WebDAV cloud account pointing to my Nextcloud 12 installation (may be similar for ownCloud):

    https://example.com/remote.php/webdav/

Foxit is showing a single PDF which us at the root of the WebDAV folder structure, but no folders. Is this to be expected or is it a bug? Could some server-side changes help? This makes using Foxit very cumbersome. It would be great if WebDAV worked, but also if iOS 11‘s „Files“ was supported.

Other applications can browse the WebDAV folders just fine. Creating folders works, but they aren‘t shown in Foxit either. Folders in Dropbox show fine.

If necessary I might be able to provide additional details to get this working or adjust/debug the server configuration.

    Cheers,

    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

Thank you for the post. This should be a bug. To debug the case, could you please provide us an account to log-in the server to have a try? If yes, please send the information to support@foxitsoftware.com.
