  • FAQ Cannot see content of comment from Acrobat

    Hi, I'm using Foxit Phantom ver 7, when I open a pdf which has comment created by acrobat and I cannot see the content of those comment. Then could anyone help me to show those comment,pls. Thank alot!

    With the latest version 7.2.2, we can see one rectangle, one line and one textbox on page 2, is it right? We'd like to advise you to upgrade to it and have a try, thank you.

      The problem is I cannot see content of the comment in textbox. I'm using ver 7.2.2.929. Kindly see that photos as linked below, you will see the text content of the comment when open with actobat.

        Yes, the content of comment is blank when I open it with Foxit PhantomPDF, and I also try another PDF viewer named PDF-Xchange, the content can not be seen either. I think it is caused by Acrobat, may I advise you to contact Acrobat Support for further help? Your kind understanding is appreciated.
