  • Create a PDF from web page is very slow and sometimes fails

    Hello Team,

I am new with PhantomPDF and i just tryed to create a PDF from a web page (stackoverflow).
The process is very slow (at first i thought it will never do it, but, after maybe 1 min of background work, it displayed it).

I have 1 Gbps connection and a very powerful computer so i don't understand why is the process so slow.

Can you help me about this issue ?

    Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the trouble. May I know which browser you use to open the web page and its version?
Does the issue happen to any web pages? If it just happens to a specific one, please send us the link of the web page for internal test.
    Thanks in advance!

I didn't use any browser, just Foxit PhantomPDF -> Create -> From Web Page.
The issue happens with almost all web pages. Even

      Thanks in advance!

I tried the same operation, but do not reproduce the issue, the webpage( be created in about 10 seconds.

Please let me know your system info, like win7 32-bit, and would you please help to perform a fresh reinstallation of Foxit PhantomPDF to see if it helps?

I have the same problem trying to convert web page to a PDF. I use Windows 10 Home and my browser is Firefox, version 52.0.2 (64-bit). I attached the error message I got back from Foxit this morning.

I tried to convert pages from other websites ("" and "") and it worked.

But for Kaspersky's home page, I got the message that I attached in my post above.
For my account summary page from Discover Card's web site, it was taking more than a minute, so I canceled it.

I tried to convert several pages this morning and everything is fine, including Kaspersky & Discover Card pages. No idea why it didn't always work yesterday, but it's OK now.
