  • SVG images on Word files become pixelated in the pdf conversion

Hi. I'm inserting images in the .svg format in a Word file hoping to avoid the usual pixelation when printing or changing the file format. However, when I use the Foxit PDF printer on the print options, the generated pdf has the vector graphics converted to bitmap like objects, so pixels are duly noted when zooming in or when physically printing the page from the pdf file (the MS print to pdf option gets similar results).

Is there a way to keep the vector graphics in the generated pdf?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please try to convert it with Foxit creating pdf add-in for MS Office as the attached screenshot to see if it helps?

And please send us the word file with vector graphics for internal test, if it is inconvenient to upload here, you may email the PDF document to support@foxitsoftware.com.

    Thank you in advance.
