  • License Problem with Cloud License and Citrix (Foxit Phantom PDF Business)

    Hi

    We have 3 Citrix Servers 7.5 and one Citrix Server Template.
    When we install new software we install that on the Citrix Server Template and Deploy that to the 3 other Citrix Servers.

    Now my Problem:
    When i log in to the citrix Server 1 (Auto Loadbalancing) that i can type in my Login data from Foxit Cloud License. (We have 10 licenses) it works perfect.
    But when login next day to Citrix server 2. There is a trialperiode message. When i login with my Email Adress and Passwort from the Foxit cloud. It works perfect.
    But when i log in a couple of days later to Citrix Servers 3 there is again the message from the trial period.

    This is Annoying.

    When we install new Software on our Citrix Template and deploy them to three other servers. The procedere starts again from the beginning.

    How can we solve this problem?

    Any configuration suggestions?
