  • Replacing Acrobat Reader with Phantom PDF in Windows

I come across some web based courses which check on the existence of Acobat reader before they let you login to the web based course. Since I use Phantom Pdf for all my Pdf needs, I do NOT have Acrobat reader on my Windows 8.1 system, so these courses refuse to launch and direct me to download and install Acrobat, something that I do not want to pollute my system with.

Is there a way to make my system fool these non-sense inquiries and act like it has Acrobat reader and use the Phantom Pdf when there is a call for pdf reader etc ?

    Please advise,

    Thanks

    Matt

    Hello Raritan,

Is it possible that we could log in and access the web to have check? If it is the system's choice, we are not able to change it.
