  • Problem after an update

    Hi

    2 years ago i buy 10 licences for the company I work for without meeting any problem.
    But today we encounter a problem with one of my coworker.
    He update the program Foxit Phantom PDF in the version 8.0 and after this, he can’t run it anymore.
    Here you can see the screenshot.
    It’s like the license was desactivate.
    We try to reactivate the licence but we failed.
    How can he go back on his licence?

    We have another "problem", i realized that we all have different versions while we are all in automatic update.
    I have some coworkers in 7.2.5, me in 7.3.6, and the coworker with the first problem was in 8.0
    What can we do to be synchronize?

    For the licenses you purchased 2 years ago,they are licenses for V7 of Foxit PhantomPDF.That is the reason why the code can not be used to activate on the major upgrade version 8 of Foxit PhantomPDF.Would you please help to send your license key or activation code to support@foxitsoftware.com(Attn:Lisa),And indicate this thread link? Then we will help you to further check which version is the latest version corresponding to your purchased one and also help you to check whether you are entitle to upgrade to major version 8 or not.
