  • Bug Access restriction with problems

    Hi.

    I need protect a file and I write a tiket support with no aswer in a week, then I ask here at the forums.

    Now Im testign foxit with the free option

    Edition:Business

    OS:Windows 7

    Customer Type:Free
    Customer Account Number:
    Order/Invoice:
    Product Key's SN:
    Description:Hi.

    I download on 16/10/17 the product and I´m in a trial, I need apply restrction to doccumentos: No share, no print and expiration date. Then I need share it with the users, I wont they share with other ussers.

    Then I´m tryin the option: Access Restriction.
    It send me to login to a microsoft account, then I use my personal hotmail email and it didn´t work, then I use a windows 365 email account from the company where I work on, and no works too, in both cases message was:

    "start session error: account is unactive"
    Or similar, it was in spanish, because is my native languaje.

    We apologize for the delay in responding to your request for help. Actually we have replied you on Oct 20 and Oct 27 via the ticket#129789, but for some unknown reason, it seems that you do not receive the reply, please see the attached reply on Oct 20.
