  • Change settings when creating pdf from office word add-in

    Hello

Is it possible to change the setting when creating a pdf in a office word document?
I have received a word document with an embedded font which I don't have on my computer. If I choose PhantomPdf printer, the created pdf has a lot of question marks (?) in the document. But if I choose create document, the created pdf file is perfect, except the low resolution of the images. Is there a way to change the export settings? I can easily change the resolution settings and fonts settings when I choose PhantomPdf printer.

I have Version: 9.0.1.1049 Foxit PhantomPdf editor

The "CreatePDF" add-in actually utilizes the save as PDF feature in Word. Please go to "File"->"Save as"->click "Tools" next to the Save button, then choose "Compress Pictures"->Set Target Output to "Use document resolution".

If it doesn't help, could you please provide the version number of your Word and send the Word document to support@foxitsoftware.com [Attn: Cherry] so I could test the mentioned problem and better advise?

    Thank you.
