PDF Editor for off-line use?

Does anyone know:

1) Can the paid version of PDF Editor (paid one-time, not subscription) be installed/activated and used on a strictly off-line Windows machine (no internet connection)?

2) Is PDF Editor Windows 7 compatible?

cookieJones Thanks for your post. 1) Foxit PDF Editor supports to work on a off-line environment except some features which need internet connection. For activation, it needs a license key file, can you please submit a ticket to Foxit Sales Team and ask for it? https://www.foxit.com/support/ticket.html
2) Windows 7 has not compatible for now, Thanks.
