Clicking OCR causes "fail to download" message

Hi tricia,

Please check the version info of your Foxit PhantomPDF then download the .fzip add-on manually from our website: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
Then open Foxit PhatomPDF->go to 'Help'->'Install Updates...'->browse and select the downloaded .fzip file to install.
If it still doesn't work for you, please let us know what the error is saying. Thank you.

Anytime we click the OCR tool, we get an error message "fail to download". I manually downloaded the fzip file and installed it, but I'm still getting the message. Help!
