Bug Can't fill some of the fields on a form!

I have downloaded this form http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/f...form/i-864.pdf

I'm trying to fill this form, but I can't fill the field on this form that is highlighted in the attached snapshot and similar fields on the pages 3,10 & 11. I have tried Acrobat Reader DC and I have no such issue filling up those fields on that form.

By the way, I have also tried your Foxit PDF iOS and Android apps on my phones, same issue filling up these fields on that form. Same issue when filling up these fields on that form with Foxit PhantomPDF.
