  • Navigation Bar in Version 7.2.8

Has anyone come up with a way to permanently disable/remove the Navigation Bar on the left side of the screen?
Since you can toggle it on or off within a document, there must be a setting that can be changed. I've looked around but haven't found it yet.
(and oh yeah, please bring back the Classic Toolbar so I can update to a newer version)

Sorry, actually in version7, it does not support to permanently disable/remove the Navigation Bar, please minimize the Navigation panel as the following way.
Open Foxit Reader, go to File>Preferences>History, uncheck the option"Restore last view settings when reopening" then go to Page Display, select Page Only as Navigation tab option, click on OK.

Since version 8.0 of Foxit PhantomPDF/Foxit Reader, you are able to open all PDF files with navigation panels hidden by doing as follows:
1:Go to "File"menu in Foxit PhantomPDF/Foxit Reader>"Preferences">"History">uncheck"Restore last view settings when reopening">click"OK"to save the setting.
2:Open any PDF file,press"F4" in Foxit PhantomPDF/Foxit Reader to hide the navigation panels. Then all of other PDF files that you open next will be opened with avigation panels hidden.
