  • Bug Foxit Pauses for Several Seconds After Startup

[edit: added Foxit Reader version, and clarified that issue occurs even when not opening a PDF]

OS: Windows 10 Insider Preview build 16241.1001.
    Foxit Reader Version: 8.3.0.14878

Issue: When starting up (whether opening a file or not), Foxit Reader becomes unresponsive or several seconds before proceeding normally.

Expected Behavior: When starting up, Foxit Reader should operate without pause.

    Thanks!
