Ability to easily change font properties missing from Linux 2.4 versions in LinuxMint

On LinuxMint I upgraded from 2.3 to 2.4 series. Missing was the ability to easily change font properties. Did the toolbar change? Do I have a bad installation. No where can I find the ability to change the font. Downgrading to 2.3 series.

I found it. An interface change that I didn't expect.
