  • Can Foxit Reader be configured NEVER to start Maximized?

Hello and thank you in advance for advice. Using Foxit Reader version 9.0.0 on Windows 7. Glad to evict Adobe Reader from my machine.

Minor question: under certain conditions, mostly launching Foxit Reader from PDF Redirect app, Reader opens maximized. But when I open Reader from Windows Explorer it remembers the window size and position from previous time. I haven't found a way to stop this maximized opening; maybe there is a way to do this.

    I appreciate your help.

Please right-click on Foxit Reader icon at the desktop to open "Properties"->"Shortcut"->check what is the mode chose for "Run". (Normal Window?) Please let us know.

Hello, sorry for delay, I didn't get notification of your post. The current Target for the shortcut is:

      "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader\FoxitReader.exe"

and the Run mode is "Normal Window"
