  • Feature Hotkey (editable) for Replace Document Colors

    Hello once more.

    I'm once again requesting a feature that Replace Documents feature
    has it's own editable keyboard shortcut.

    This was initially proposed since version 7.0.3.916 on 2016-05-17 here:
    http://forums.foxitsoftware.com/foru...ent-capability
    and got issued the suggestion ID#: PHANTOM-6286.

    Was also brought up again some months later (on 2016-12-14) here:
    http://forums.foxitsoftware.com/foru...466#post161466

    And lastly (on 11-27-2017) here:
    http://forums.foxitsoftware.com/foru...ocument-colors

    Finished downloading and installing version 9.0.1.1049 and still on cannot assign a hotkey to replace document colors.

    FYI, evince still does that, and never ceased to do it.

      If you are looking for a workaround to enable/disable the Replace Document Colors then I have an AHK script that will work for you. I have been using it for a couple years, not that I think the developers should write this off as a full solution. But It does work. Hope it helps you.

      Code:
      ;==== In Foxit (PDF)
      #IfWinActive ahk_class classFoxitReader
      {
          ;==== Alt + D Toggles alternative colors ====
          !d::
          KeyWait, Alt
          SendInput ^k
          WinWait, Preferences,,2
          SendInput a
          sleep 50
          SendInput !r
          sleep 50
          SendInput {Enter}
          return
      }
