  • PDF Standard displays 3 successive popup windows with 'OK' button before crashing.

    Hi.
Licensed Phantom PDF standard 8.3.6, one user of 28 has had two Application crashes that occur after Foxit displays a small pop-up box containing Asian characters with an 'OK' button. Pressing'OK' will produce another box, then another. After pressing OK on the thrid box Foxit crahes and displays crash reporter. Crash reporter fails to submit a report.

This Pc has freshly installed Windows 7 Pro, Office 2010 with Outlook 2013. Fully patched.
One of these occurred before the machine was reloaded, the other today. Time between issues 6 -8 weeks. No screenshots of the text sorry.

Todays crash also included a Foxit window complaining the DGBHELP.DLL file was not found.

Would move to 9.1 but have also experienced the High CPU issue present in 9.1. At least 8.3.6 is mostly stable for this user.

Sorry for the trouble. Please send us the crashlog.txt and CRASH.DMP files you can find under the directory C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Foxit PhantomPDF, and the screenshots of pop-up boxes you get in Foxit PhantomPDF version8.3.6.

In addition, the below version has fixed the High CPU issue , would you please try on your side to see if it helps?
