Bug [11.0.1.49938] Opening cloudfront link within PDF with Foxit causes XML error

Hi there,

It looks like there is a bug with the opening of cloudfront.net links within a PDF with Foxit.
If I open a cloudfront link in a PDF the URL opens but then a XML parsing error occurs.

Opening the same links with SumatraPDF or Chrome pdf viewer works without issue.

It seems like Foxit is changing something in the request when sending the link to the web browser that causes the issue.
