WTH Annoying Format Popup Is Back

Finally updated to 11.1 from 10 about a month ago after Foxit FINALLY removed their annoying format popup. Everything was working fine until today. Now the popup has suddenly reappeared.


Now every time I add an highlight, this stupid thing pops up. This was not happening 2 days ago. WTH. Do I have switch back to 10 again or what??? AFAIK, I've made no changes to Preferences. Why did this annoying popup suddenly reappear???

Sorry for the inconvenience. I think you'd like to disable the popup color option when highlight, sorry, now it does not support, let me forward your request to our team, they will consider it in future version. ID#PHANTOM-16456.

Considering it took almost a year to fix the popup tab issue, I'm switching back to v10. Can't understand why Foxit changed an efficient UI to this horrible mess (especially since I've never seen a positive comment in this forum about v11 UI changes).
