Zoom freeze crash

When i zoom in all pdf files the prgoram freeze lock!!! i have foxit pdf editor version 11 and win10

Would you please repair your Foxit PDF Reader installation per this KB article and see if it helps? https://kb.foxitsoftware.com/hc/en-u...xit-PDF-Editor
If not, could you please provide us the crashlog and the crash.dmp files located in "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Foxit PDF Reader" for further analyzing?

jim78b Sorry for the problem you encountered with Foxit PDF Editor. Could you please kindly perform a fresh re-installation as following and try again
1) Please make sure you've closed all Foxit PDF Editor related programs (IE, Firefox...) then go to "Control Panel"->"Add/Remove Programs" to uninstall Foxit PDF Editor;
Go to "Start"->"Run"-> input regedit -> find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Foxit Software\ Foxit PDF Editor 11.0" and "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\ Foxit PDF Editor 11.0" to delete the whole folder of Foxit PDF Editor 11.0;
2) Install the latest version 11.2.2 of Foxit PDF Editor. Please download the installer from the link below:

Finally, please give the new installation a try and let us know the result. Thanks
