Hi douglasgblake,

Show recent PDF files is a feature of Reader. Windows will not show the recent PDF files, but recent programs you opened or your searched items list in Windows Search bar. Could you please kindly let us know why you need to pin the PDF document in the Start button?

Occasionally I come across a pdf file that appears in Foxits own recent files list but which doesn't appear in the list on the Windows 7 start button, so I cannot pin it. Any ideas anyone?
