How remove time zone in "Sign Document" window of Foxit Reader 12

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to remove the timezone (GMT +7) for the "Sign Document" window. I tried to remove it but couldn't..
I also tested it with Foxit Reader (v9) and it doesn't insert GMT +7.I think maybe Foxit added this functionality to versions > v9. Can someone help me solve this problem?
