Viewing annotations on a PC

How do you view annotations on a PC? I make notes on Android (v1.7.0.0809), but I cannot see the annotations in either Adobe Reader v11 or Foxit Reader on the PC.

Nevermind. Turns out it was because the tablet was connected to my PC at the time. Once I disconnected and reconnected, I could see all of the changes. Just FYI for anyone else.
