Nevermind. Turns out it was because the tablet was connected to my PC at the time. Once I disconnected and reconnected, I could see all of the changes. Just FYI for anyone else. -
Viewing annotations on a PC
How do you view annotations on a PC? I make notes on Android (v1.7.0.0809), but I cannot see the annotations in either Adobe Reader v11 or Foxit Reader on the PC.
