  • No save option on tablet?

I've basicly pressed every button on my tablet, hardware or otherwise and cannot find a way to display the Menu 2 bar with the save option mentioned in the quick guide and in the FAQ.
I only realised this after annotating an entire pdf article and lost everything.
    I'm using a 10 inch tablet running android 4.2.2

    I would appreciate your help
    Cheers,
    nwbdan

    Hi nwbdan,

There's no save option. But the document will be automatically saved once you exit the program. I've forwarded your comments as suggestion to Mobile team so we may consider to add a save option in Foxit Reader for Mobile. Thank you.

Yes, you can download and save files directly to your smartphone or tablet with the right tools and a bit of patience.
Usually, if you use the Safari browser, it will open or start playing the download without a file saving option. However, the file is not transferred to the computer automatically, and to complete the download you need to take some extra measures.

Otherwise, you'll have been trying to download the file and you won't be able to go back to it later.

                1. Turn Data Roaming off
                2. Turn Data Saver on
                3. Switch off the settings for Unknown Sources
                4. Set the Battery Saver to turn on automatically
                5. Keep your data backed up by Android
