I think I'm overthinking this

I'm kind of new to Android and think my brain may be permanently warped by dealing with Windows and Linux for years, but was wondering what might be the most direct, trouble-free way to open a PDF, annotate it, "save as" some recognizable name to an SD card, then lather, rinse an repeat with the same original PDF? (I'm filling out the same form.)
