Media embedded in pdf working loading properly in mobile foxit reader

I managed to generate a media embedded pdf file via latex with package media9, I used the default video player, namely, Vplayer.swf. the generated pdf works fine on different pdf viewers, even on the desktop version of Foxit Reader on Windows, but the media could NOT be loaded in foxit reader both on IOS and on Android, when you click the embedded video, there will be a window showing up trying to load the video, but nothing will happen further, got stuck there forever.

Any suggestions on how to make the embedded video or audio work properly on mobile versioned foxit reader?

Sorry for the trouble. What's error you get when it cannot be loaded properly in mobile foxit reader iOS and Android?
Please help to send us the pdf file which has the issue for further test,if it is inconvenient to upload here, you may email the PDF document to [email protected] with the subject"Lyndi Att".
And please help ensure you are using the latest version of Foxit PDF Reader for Mobile from Apple Store or Google Store.
