Trouble jumping to a specific page

I am having trouble understanding these instructions:

J. How to quickly browse to a certain page.
Bring up Menu Bar 1 and click on Page Bar to jump to any page of the current PDF file.

Does this mean that I should click on the blue bar at the top of the screen? When I do that, nothing happens. I believe I am on menu bar 1, because I see a home icon in the top left.
