[Feature request] Split View

I would like to request "split view feature" for foxit pdf editor for mobile, especially android. The split view feature is similar to that of microsoft word.
In case anyone think "why not use the android/ios split screen feature, and open 2 instances of the same pdf using foxit app, side by side", and here is my response

It is better to have one instance of the app with split view within it rather than open 2 instances of it
The advantage is that whenever u are at page 41, e.g, by a click of button, u can simply split at that page...rather than having to open another instances and manually scroll to page 41.
Imagine i want to split and unsplit at different pages numerous time, i have to keep opening and closing a new instances and keep manually scrolling to the desired page in the 2nd instances. It's cumbersome.

Currently, it is really suprising that we cannot find any android (which is currently what i use) pdf reader apps that allow split view feature. So hopefully foxit (esp android version) is able to take the lead and introduce this spit view feature within it.

In addition, when the view is split, user should be able to drag the divider line and adjust the proportional size of the splited view.

Split view will be supported since version 12.0. If everything goes well, the version 12.0 would be available in late May or early June. You may update your Foxit PDF Editor for Mobile then and check it out. Thank you.

Sorry that there's been some chang in the release plan. Split view has not yet been suppoted in version 12.0. It has been re-arranged. I'll keep watching on the issue and update here when it is available. Thank you.

I just got a feeling, it might not be easy to implement split view feature inside the app , otherwise many android pdf reader would have done so. I also just noticed that foxit reader in windows allow split view, but why took it away in android?

Han ,Not all of the features already available in Windows version are also existing in Mobile application. As you konw windows version has the split view feature ,but anrdorid/ios version doesn't have it.
It would be not easy to implement the split view feature for Foxit PDF Editor Mobile application. Anyway,our R&D team will further analyze the feasibility of the feature(feature ID#MOBILE-4833) and work on it.
I will inform you again once there is any new progress about this new feature request.
