Missing drawing tools on Samsung A7 Lite tablet.

Hey there I recently downloaded Foxit PDF Editor on my mobile device (Samsung S20 FE) and my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite). However on the tablet I am missing a lot of the drawing tools. Please see attached screenshots. Both devices are using the same version of the app: 12.1.0.0714.1947. Am I doing something wrong here?

For further investigation, may I also have the Android version of your tablet and what you did after installing the program onto the device? Appreciate it.
