My client has a Microsoft Surface tablet he wants to use to build an interactive PDF survey map with. He wants to link adjacent maps together in a grid and put external links to the other files on each map, as well as a back button on each to an overhead map, where you can select specific tiles on a grid to go to the more detailed local images.
In any case, all I really need to know is... is there any way to get external links working on the Foxit Mobile Reader for Windows 8.1 RT? I've tried the desktop version, and I tried the mobile version for iPhone, both of which are working just fine. For some reason, though, the Foxit Mobile Reader on Windows 8.1 RT seems to be just as basic and lacking in functionality as the other apps I tried... is this a lost cause?
