annotations is not appearing while printing

Hi there

As my Adobe Reader was not able to print annotations I decided to use Foxit Reader. However, the same problem seems to exist here too:

Although I have checked to print "Document and Annotations" it only prints the speech bubble at the place of my annotations .

I got no luck to download the the PDF document from this link. Is it possible to email it as attachment to [email protected] instead? Thank you.
