Can't place a signature correctly

i got a check from an insurance company in Vermont. It requires my signature on the face of the check It says "Authorized signature Void After 180 days" under a line (Guessing i am supposed to sign here?) and on the bottom of the check it says, All payee signatures must agree with payee names on face of check so should i sign on the empty line under a signature?

Which version of Foxit Mobile PDF Reader are you using? Please let us know the detailed instruction about how to replicate the problem and screenshots that help us know the issue intuitively. Thank you.

Signature can be created correctly and beautiful, however, it can't be inserted to a document with correct ratio and size.
This issue exists on iPhone4S and iPad Air. (v4.4.0)

Fix it hurry please, I think signature is an important function for mobile device.
