  • Feature Annotations work together with HyperLinks

    Dear Sir / Madam,

Environment: iPad Foxit Mobile PDF v.1.5.3.0720 on iOS 5.1.1

    1. If we want to highlight / underline some text including hyperlinks, it works very well.

    2. But if we want to click the hyperlinks again, we only get the annotation popup toolbar.

My workaround so far is .. remove annotations -> click hyperlinks -> go back after I finish reading referenced sections and add annotations again.

I know annotations is another layer upon the original text so that it's very normal for this result.

Is there any chance to add a "Jump to .." or "Go to .." option on text_selection toolbar when I tap and hold the hyperlink for few seconds ?

(Since I found that it still could access the original text like this)

It must be very convenient for those who often read / lookup lot of references / user guides.

    Thanks!

    Best Regards,
    Chien

I think there are six step to create a high per link annotation reference.

1.Open the appropriate Automatic document (e.g. Lead sheet).
2.From the menus, select Insert | New Hyperlink Reference or right click the account and select New Hyperlink Reference.
3.Enter the Label. This is the text that will appear as the annotation on the automatic document.
4.From the Link Type drop-down box, select Hyperlink to refer to a website.
5.In the Hyperlink field, enter the appropriate website.
6Click OK. The annotation has now been saved.
