  • crash Trying to delete folders

    Hi,

I've started using Foxit on an Ipad 3, syncing in-app with my Dropbox folder to annotate lecture notes. This means I have no use for previous folders I had been using in Foxit (i.e. not Dropbox-synced ones). However, when I attempt to delete the folders, Foxit invariably crashes.

    Thanks
    J

    Hi j77,

Please let us know the version info of your Foxit Reader for iPad and your detailed operation info to replicate the issue. If possible, please send us some screenshots showing how to replicate the issue.

      Hi,

Sorry for the long delay. Haven't solved the problem yet, and encountered another one!
      My version is 2.6.0.0306.
Detailed operation info is fairly straightforward. I created folders to store PDFs I have been annotating in. Then I discovered the Dropbox sync function and switched to annotating my PDFs stored on Dropbox rather than stored in the Foxit folders. When I tried to delete the Foxit folders, the program always crashes.
I would upload screenshots, but after one recent attempt, the app now will not open at all but crashes after the title screen. I deleted and reinstalled it from the App store, but now cannot get it to recognise that I've already bought the 0.99 Dropbox sync function. I click 'Restore' in Add Server>>Products and enter my itunes password, but it says, 'Your receipt is not valid according to Apple. Please purchase from Apple Store.'
Any thoughts on this new issue?
