  • Bug iFilter and SharePoint 2010

Currently running into issues where we are getting quite a few "unable to access objects" for PDF since installing 2.2; some people are having the same issue noted in this technet article http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...2-c652405e27b1 ... One user downgraded to 2.0 and it seem to fix his issue ... Is there a reason why the iFilter is causing that; after an iisreset, stop and stop search service those errors go away ... they eventually they pop back up ... Any information is for solving this issue would be greatly appreciated. We have many search applications designed in SharePoint that use KQL for pulling in results .... since installing; those application results have not been accurate ...

    Thx.
