Problem printing black and white pages

Hello,

We are using the PDF Print Manager SDK to programmatically print our .pdf files. We get problems to print some mixed documents (black/white and color pages). We get the pages from document printed as colors, including the black/white pages. Using manually the Foxit Reader to print the documents work as expected.
(Our printer counts b/w and colored prints and we pay more for colored prints...)
Could you help us with this issue?
