  • FAQ How to save PDF with form fields

    Hello,

I don't Foxit Embedded SDK for android. I also tried to run demo_form_field. But after filling the forms, I don't know how to save PDF with those values. I searched Foxit_Embedded_PDF_SDK_2.0_Manual.chm but I didn't find any ideas. Could you please give me a trick or the API document or an example to do that ?

    Thanks,
    An

Creating fillable PDF forms that allow recipients using the free Adobe Reader to enter data is easy. All you need to do is open the Tools pane, Forms panel, and select the Create command. You can start with an existing PDF document, a Word or Excel file, or any other type of document. You can even scan an existing paper form.

Foxit doesn't offer the specfic option for pdf saving, while you can refer to some open source pdf saving methods to prorgam the pdf saving project, then integrate it within Foxit sdk application. And this soultion also works out fot other documents storing, such as Word and Excel.

          Dear An.le,

You will need to call FPDF_Doc_SaveAs to save the changes you made in the form field.

Here is a link to the reference online: http://tickets.foxitsoftware.com/sup...029784fbf09a38
