Activation Failed Error Code 2003 Phantom Business 8

Had trouble installing the OCR plugin for the Foxit Phantom Business PDF 8 so found info on your site for a work around by installing PhantomPDF 8.0.2.805 (Full Package with OCR, PDF/AEX and Ifilter).

Well now after uninstalling and reisntalling this version, I am getting an error when trying to activate with the original license code.
