I don't think that it is a simple way to create such a document from various pages and images, containing font, enabling next copying of text.
If I had to do it using PhantomPDF I would create a document with blank pages and next, using the advances editor, I would insert manually the contents of all source pages into blank pages. Maybe a simpler way is to edit the page layout of each page of the combined document but unfortunately you would have to adjust next the page size and maybe move and change the size of the page contents.
If you don't need to have in the document text, which can be copied, the simplest way of creating PDF with pages of the same size is to print your document to PDF printer, setting at first the required page size and additionally scaling of contents and auto-center. -
You can make all pages the same size by printing your pdf document into another pdf document. By printing your pdf document, you will format it to fit into a specific page format, for all the pages. The document being printed using a pdf creator software (Phantom PDF, PDF creator, etc.), you will still be able to keep the digital information contained into your pdf pages (digitized text, images objects, etc.).Comment

Printing is a great way to make all pages the same size, but links (like table of contents) are not working after that. Can someone advise on this issue?Last edited by john.cojocaru; 09-30-2018, 09:31 AM.Comment

Printing is the only way to make all pages the same size. After that, you can use the link tool (Edit->Link)to create links for the table of contents to make them clickable.Comment
