Dear lelac,

I apologize for any difficulty using Foxit Software.I am sorry that I am still not clear about this issue you mentioned.
Did you try to convert non-PDF format file into PDF file? If so,we need to know how you tried to convert it into PDF file and what happened when you tried to convert it?
Please help to rephrase the whole work flow that you have done in details,so that we can know this issue better.
