  • Phantom Business OCR Crash

    Each time, with a lot of different files, when I click Convert -> OCR -> "Current file" OR "Multiple files" OR I click "Recognize text" Foxit Phantom crashes.

    When I click just Convert -> Quick OCR the OCR process starts and the recognition works fine, but only for English, because I can not change the OCR language

    So can you please help me to change the OCR language from some kind of settings for example? I guess the crash problem itself cannot be fixed...

    Sorry for the trouble. The OCR language for Quick OCR can only be set in OCR process for "Current file" OR "Multiple files", please help to provide us with the following info for further investigation;
    1. Your system information, like win7 32-bit.
    2. The crashlog.txt and CRASH.DMP files you can find under the directory C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Foxit PhantomPDF.
    3. Does it happen to any files? If it happens to a specific file, please send us the sample for internal test.
