    Please clear the legacy files listed in the following:
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.foxit-software.Foxit PhantomPDF.plist
    ~/Library/Preferences/Foxit Software
    ~/Library/Application Support/Foxit Software

    Then make sure that your internet connection is good then try to click Free Trial again and see if it helps. If not, please email to [email protected] including this thread and Attn:Cherry to get a registration key for your trial. Thank you.

    Trouble running Phantom PDF on Mac

    I've just installed PhantomPDF on Mac High Sierra 10.13.6. In the Applications Folder, I click on the Foxit Phantom PDF icon and I get a dialog asking if I want to Purchase, Activate or Free Trial. I click on 'Free Trial' and nothing at all happens. What am I doing wrong?
