Bug Printer driver unavailable

Hi all.
I am using Foxit PhantomPDF business v6.1.1.1025 on WIN 7 64bit.

When I open a pdf document and try to print it on a HP designjet 800PS printer over our network, I get the error message that the printer driver is unavailable. This is the same whether the printer in question is the default printer or not. The pdf can be printed to other printers
The printer drivers are available on my computer because I can print other formats eg xls or doc; to this printer.
What is the problem here??
